You'll lead structured enterprise AI pilots from scoping to executive readout, helping customers evaluate OpenAI's products in real-world contexts. Your core impact is translating pilot outcomes into clear recommendations that drive expansion or purchase decisions. This role requires strong judgment and a focus on connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute enterprise AI pilots, defining scoping, cohorts, and success criteria.
• Drive activation and engagement across pilot cohorts through enablement and coaching.
• Monitor pilot performance and adapt in real time to address gaps.
• Translate pilot signals into executive-ready recommendations for expansion.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, customer success, or solutions engineering.
• Led structured pilots or POCs tied to a clear business or commercial decision.
• Experience driving product adoption and change management within large organizations.
• Technical fluency to reason about data access, integrations, and deployment constraints.
