💼 About This Role

You'll work at Tessera Labs, building the agentic automation layer for the modern enterprise. You'll own strategic customer deployments, architecting AI automation across Fortune 500 systems like SAP and Salesforce. This role combines deep technical work with customer-facing pre-sales, requiring both coding and communication skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write code and build production workflows on the Tessera Mosaic platform
• Conduct deep process discovery with customers to define solutions
• Build lightweight prototypes showcasing AI agents in real scenarios
• Partner with GTM to produce technical collateral like Statements of Work

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical customer-facing role (FDE, Solutions Engineer, etc.)
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience building production-grade AI systems
• Willingness to travel 25-40% for customer engagements

• Experience delivering technical demos or PoCs to enterprise customers
