You will oversee and optimize transportation programs including employee shuttles, rental cars, and bike shares at SpaceX's Starbase, ensuring efficient, safe, and customer-focused operations that support the mission of space exploration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of operations experience
• Advanced knowledge of customer service and problem resolution
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in a corporate environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio of transportation programs (shuttles, Tesla rental, bike share, events)
• Innovate new approaches to increase employee commuter program participation
• Act as main point of contact for parking lots, structures, and facilities
• Conduct strategic analysis to improve system efficiency and develop policies
• Manage budgets, vendor payments, and train staff on customer service
