You will join the Strategic Finance Team at a high-growth real estate technology company, driving financial analysis and strategic initiatives. You'll build financial models, support pricing decisions and product launches, and use AI tools to enhance analysis, all while collaborating across departments to shape the company's growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in investment banking, consulting, or high-growth tech
• Mastery of Excel and ability to build financial models from scratch
• Comfort using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with multitasking skills across cross-department projects

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical rigor to revenue and cost drivers
• Build and own financial models and reports
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and financial decision-making
• Evaluate organizational tradeoffs and operational strategies
• Participate in pricing decisions, product launches, and investment evaluations
