You'll execute paid media and outbound growth campaigns for an AI-powered recruiting SaaS company. You'll own the full workflow from prospecting to campaign optimization, focusing on measurable conversions and small budget efficiency. This role combines paid media, outbound lead generation, and marketing automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify ideal customer profiles using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Build and launch outbound email sequences with conversion-focused copy
• Manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, focusing on Instagram
• Track and optimize KPIs such as conversions and qualified leads

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of paid media or outbound marketing experience
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager including Instagram and retargeting
• Proven experience with Apollo or similar tools for lead sourcing
• Experience with CRM systems such as Pipedrive

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment tools
• Experience with SaaS or HR tech products
• Familiarity with email platforms like Sender
