📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with embedded C++.
• Experience developing medical devices or other safety-critical systems.

• Experience with wireless communication protocols (Wi-Fi, BLE).
• Familiarity with Python or C#.
