You'll join Carvana as an Auto Painter, matching and mixing paint colors to paint vehicles in high-tech inspection centers. You'll ensure cars meet quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. This role offers a $4,000 bonus and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Match and mix paint colors for vehicles
• Apply water-based paint in paint booths
• Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding and masking
• Perform final inspection and touch-ups

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years of age
