🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead regional sales and channel strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Align sales objectives with business strategy through forecasting and budgeting
- Build annual segment plans to acquire customers and expand markets
- Optimize sales structures including territories, quotas, and incentives
📋 Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- 7+ years leading large-scale sales teams
- Experience managing $400M+ revenue portfolios
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
