Description

You will play a critical role in driving go-to-market efficiency and sales productivity across the APAC region, defining the operating rhythm, driving strategy planning, building territories, and acting as a strategic partner to the General Manager. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to align coverage with market opportunity.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM planning
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market models and segmentation
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Define and enforce operating rhythm regionally and globally
  • Be the regional voice on strategy and strategic targets
  • Build 'Gong on Gong' insights to drive visibility and growth
  • Elevate forecasting capabilities and drive pipeline rigor
  • Design, deploy, and optimize global territory models across APAC Sales segments
