💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall to create an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll provide excellent customer service, share your fandom knowledge, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return.
• Cover the sales floor zone and maintain visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and stock room organization.

📋 Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the store.
