• Manage and mobilize key stakeholders and advise leaders

📋 Requirements

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT, Administration or related
• Experience in organizational change management in transformation contexts
• Experience in project management under traditional and agile approaches
• Practical knowledge of ADKAR or HCMBOK model
