🎯 What You'll Do

• Design customer-led selection strategy connecting insights to sourcing
• Deploy selection strategy to category teams with performance tracking
• Build sustainable E2E selection processes and systems
• Hire and nurture top talent into future leaders

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 15 years of experience in business or customer insights
• Experience in managerial role handling end-to-end P&L
• Experience building relationships with global/local brands in retail/eCommerce

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluent in Korean
• Interest in technologies and systematization
• Strong communication skills for executive presentations
