Description
You will conduct internal investigations into employee-related concerns (e.g., ethical misconduct, harassment, discrimination) and advise on employment-related legal matters for global clients. You'll liaise with senior management, assist in dispute resolution, and collaborate with HR to develop workplace policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience as legal consultant or investigator
- Experienced in comprehensive and impartial internal investigations
- High integrity when handling sensitive information
- Qualified to practice law (implied by legal consultant role)
Responsibilities
