💼 About This Role

You'll lead AI strategy for our B2B e-commerce platform and own the core platform including authentication, APIs, and partner tools. You'll bridge AI model integration with partner-facing products to drive value. This is a greenfield role at a high-growth pre-IPO company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own architecture decisions for authentication, APIs, loyalty, and payment systems
• Ship features that reduce partner integration time from weeks to days
• Prioritize between internal teams and external B2B partners
• Work with senior engineers to turn AI/ML capabilities into a roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years in B2B or platform products
• Experience designing APIs and SDKs
• Built and launched at least one product from scratch

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Understanding of RAG vs fine-tuning
• Comfortable with SQL and A/B testing
