Description

You will be embedded with a group of marketers to transform their workflows by building custom AI tools, agents, and automations. Your success is measured by how many workflows you permanently shift to AI-first, coaching each marketer toward self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in analytical, cross-functional role
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools/agents that transformed real work
• Track record of coaching/enabling others with measurable behavior change
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Comfort managing multiple workstreams and relationships simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Identify and document highest-leverage workflow transformations within your group
• Build custom AI tools, agents, automations tailored to each marketer's responsibilities
• Coach marketers through progressive AI adoption to self-sufficiency
• Recognize and scale successful patterns across the cohort
• Track individual and cohort progress against a maturity model
