Description

As a Line Lead in our Inspection Center, you will manage a team of hourly associates to ensure vehicles meet our rigorous quality standards. You'll oversee vehicle movement, set production goals, and coach your team to achieve high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Computer proficiency
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record (3 years)
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Experience in auto reconditioning or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of inspection center safely
• Meet or exceed production and quality goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage team of hourly associates
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
• Train associates on quality standards to minimize re-checks and delays
