You'll lead a high-performing engineering team at Vanta, building products that help businesses continuously monitor and prove their security. Your core impact will be setting technical strategy and delivering consistent results while also helping lay the foundation for our scaling engineering organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead your team to deliver results consistently and sustainably.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers to do their best work.
• Set direction and guide technical strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Work with customers and cross-functional teams to ship high-value products.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time engineering leadership experience managing teams of 6-8+ engineers.
• Strong decision-making balancing ambiguity, data, speed, and quality.
• Experience managing and upleveling senior individual contributors.
• Proven track record of guiding product and long-term technical strategy.
