You'll shape the technical direction of our platform as a driving force behind our mission to empower nonprofits. You'll work at the intersection of Product, QA, and Engineering to deliver high-impact SaaS solutions and champion AI-driven development using tools like Claude Code. You'll also mentor a high-performing team of Software Engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical vision and direction for your domain.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical bottlenecks.
• Champion Agile ceremonies and workflows for iterative delivery.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor team members.

📋 Requirements

• .NET (C#) and TypeScript/Node expertise
• React.JS and modern JavaScript architecture
• Strong SQL skills and multi-threading/async understanding
• Quality-first mindset with test pyramid experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with .NET Core
• Experience with NestJS and Kafka
• Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) or CRM experience
