💼 About This Role

You'll lead an engineering team supporting mission-critical government systems in Reston, VA. You will drive agile development planning and technology roadmaps while mentoring a team of 15 engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Represent engineering team in customer meetings
• Plan quarterly Agile Development Planning commitments
• Drive technology roadmaps and accelerate customer priorities
• Supervise 5-7 direct reports including performance reviews

📋 Requirements

• SCI eligible clearance, willing to obtain polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 8-12 years of relevant technical experience
• 4 years leading AWS Cloud development and production delivery

✨ Nice to Have

• Active SCI with polygraph
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• CompTIA CySA+ or equivalent certifications
