💼 About This Role

You'll perform shadow accounting for StepStone's private debt funds and oversee daily fund activities. You'll reconcile data with fund administrators and ensure accuracy of valuations and fee calculations. This hybrid role offers exposure to global private markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform monthly valuations of private debt funds
• Review management and performance fee calculations
• Track subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, and dividends
• Reconcile data between investment advisor, manager, and administrator

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years in a comparable fund accounting role
• Bachelor degree in finance or mathematical-related subject
• Experience in private debt, private equity, or hedge fund accounting
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Investran
• Accreditation like CFA, CPA, or CAIA
• Experience with complex fee calculation models
