💼 About This Role

You'll shape the product experience for Octane's captive recreational lending channel, from consumer- and dealer-facing applications to the infrastructure powering every deal. You'll work with external partners to build reliable, compliant integrations while optimizing the borrower experience. This role also offers a chance to guide how the product team adopts AI-assisted processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead team OKRs aligned with corporate objectives.
• Measure and report on KPIs like dealer conversion and funding velocity.
• Manage deep integrations with dealer systems for frictionless loan origination.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, and Credit Ops on compliance requirements.
• Gather insights from dealer stakeholders through empathy interviews.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering high-quality products at scale.
• Ability to envision how complex systems interact across multiple user groups.
• Proven track record of partnering with engineers on technical tradeoffs.
• Experience managing external partner relationships and building high-converting integrations.
