🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve end-to-end product design strategy across all surfaces.
• Manage, hire, and coach a high-performing team of product designers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM leaders on roadmap and priorities.
• Drive user-centered design practices including research and iteration.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• 3+ years in design leadership roles.
• Portfolio spanning early-stage design and scaled systems.
• Experience owning design strategy across complex platforms or internal tools.
