You'll coach senior engineering leaders in 1:1 virtual sessions using Mento's platform, helping them grow as managers and navigate complex technical and organizational challenges. You'll partner with high-growth tech leaders to build fulfilling careers. This role stands out with ICF-certified coach training included.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct 1:1 virtual coaching sessions with members
• Participate in ongoing coach training programs
• Communicate with members via email or chat
• Share coaching tools and insights with the community

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in forward deployment or support engineering
• Team leadership experience managing engineering teams
• Experience leading through hypergrowth or organizational change
• Able to dedicate 12+ hours per month for 24+ months

• Prior experience at a US HQ'd technology company
• Coaching certifications (ICF or equivalent)
