Description

You will lead and develop a team of 10-15 engineers building and evolving League of Legends' internal developer platform, focusing on tools, workflows, and support systems that enable developers to build, debug, and ship efficiently. You'll define technical strategy, mentor engineers, and partner with product to align resources toward reducing developer friction and improving iteration speed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including senior/staff level
• 4+ years of engineering management experience, including managing managers
• Proven ability to define and execute technical strategy across a team
• Experience leading teams through complex technical and organizational challenges
• Strong technical foundation to guide architectural decisions and ensure software quality

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an engineering team of 10-15 engineers for the internal developer platform
• Mentor engineers and managers to support their growth into stronger technical and leadership roles
• Define and drive technical strategy to improve developer workflows for faster feature delivery
• Guide technical decision-making and ensure sound architectural approaches across systems and tooling
