Description

You will manage new technology development initiatives within the IRAD portfolio, support capture programs, and lead early-phase programs for the Autonomous Airpower Business Line at Anduril. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating plans to stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
• 4+ years of experience in product/program management or product development for robotics systems
• Experience leading complex projects from conception to completion
• Deep familiarity with subsystems and knowledge of robotics systems
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret

Responsibilities

• Drive scoping and execution of IRAD initiatives for the Autonomous Airpower portfolio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet IRAD objectives
• Establish technical KPIs to ensure positive ROI on IRAD initiatives
• Support capture programs by identifying opportunities and developing winning strategies
• Lead execution of early-phase programs and manage external customer relationships
