🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as technical expert in sales cycles for new business expansion
• Partner with Customer Success on early implementation stages
• Design customized solutions using Thinkific's API and integrations
• Deliver tailored product demos and training sessions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical consulting or pre-sales role at a SaaS organization
• Experience designing scalable technical solutions for customers
• Familiarity with web APIs, webhooks, SSO, and client-side development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Experience reviewing and submitting RFPs

• Comfort performing product demos
• Knowledge of privacy and security compliance
• Experience with Salesforce or Thinkific integrations
