Description
As the founding GTM recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, build high-signal pipelines, run tight interview processes, and partner directly with founders and executive leadership to scale the team during a critical phase. You'll operate independently, emphasizing quality over volume.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of recruiting experience in similar environments
- Startup/scale-up experience, ideally Series B–D
- Experience recruiting GTM talent for AI or Customer Experience companies
- Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders
- Self-managed, comfortable with ambiguity and outcome-oriented
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles
- Partner with founders and executive leadership to translate growth goals into hiring plans
- Build high-signal pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and targeted outbound
- Run tight, high-bar interview processes with strong calibration and candidate experience
- Be highly selective and operate independently with high accountability
