💼 About This Role

You'll manage a caseload of removal defense cases and represent clients in Immigration Court as part of a premier law firm. You'll collaborate with a supportive Immigration Team and have opportunities for professional growth within the firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Represent detained and non-detained individuals in removal proceedings
• Manage caseload including client interaction and court appearances
• Prepare immigration applications and legal briefs
• Conduct intakes with detained individuals at detention centers

📋 Requirements

• 1-5 years of Immigration Law Experience
• Active bar admission (attorney)
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, and detained cases
• Ability to manage a caseload and move cases forward

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Experience with Case Management Software
