You'll serve as the subject matter expert in prospect meetings, guiding clients through alternate funding strategies and financial reporting. You'll work with the Partner team to win new business and deliver insights that drive better benefits decisions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in prospect meetings across sales stages
• Develop tailored solutions with the Producer team
• Advise on alternate funding strategies and client risk profiles
• Deliver monthly financial reports and claims analysis

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in employee benefits consulting with alternate funding experience
• Deep understanding of stop-loss markets and underwriting
• Experience managing monthly financial reporting and claims analysis
• Proven track record presenting at executive level
