Description

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you'll provide technical direction and business guidance to the regional sales team, evangelizing and architecting Rubrik's products for new and existing strategic accounts in the Southwest. You'll lead technical sales calls, demonstrations, and proofs of concept, serving as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years sales engineering experience in software or data center environment
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics
• Experience working with CxO level personnel
• Ability to handle multiple calls/demos per day with immediate follow-up
• Strong hands-on, can-do approach and entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction for pre-sales activities
• Analyze, design, and develop integrated technology solutions
• Demonstrate technical expertise on Rubrik products and competitive offerings
• Act as trusted technical advisor to customers and internal staff
• Lead technical sales calls and qualify sales opportunities
