• Research county records for surface and mineral ownership using online databases or courthouse visits.
• Analyze and document findings ensuring accuracy and completeness in title reports.
• Identify and compile relevant information for client report submissions.
• Maintain organized records and collaborate with project managers.

📋 Requirements

• Must be local to Canonsburg, PA area and willing to conduct in-person courthouse research.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in title/mineral research.
• Strong ability to meet specific daily and weekly deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
