💼 About This Role

You'll lead M&A and capital markets transactions for clients in the diversified industrials sector. You'll manage deal execution, coach junior bankers, and build client relationships. This role offers the chance to work with a top-tier investment banking team in Washington, D.C.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and capital markets transactions
• Assist senior bankers in business development efforts
• Manage, train and develop Associates and Analysts
• Establish client trust through project leadership and transaction structuring

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of investment banking experience
• Strong M&A or capital markets transaction history
• Financial modeling and computer proficiency
• Series 79 (or Series 7) and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain)

✨ Nice to Have

• Transaction experience in Aerospace and Defense or Government Services
• MBA degree
