💼 About This Role

You'll build, troubleshoot, and maintain GFiber's Outside Plant ISP network in multi-dwelling units. Your work ensures reliable internet service for residential and commercial customers. This field-based role involves installing copper and fiber cabling and collaborating with on-site partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and test copper and fiber cabling in MxU properties
• Perform pathway identification and physical network upgrades
• Collaborate with field and NOC teams on network construction
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in network construction or fiber installation
• 1 year of experience pulling, terminating, and testing twisted-pair copper cabling
• Experience troubleshooting Ethernet network connectivity issues
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with rack and stack, server racks, and patch panels
• Ability to terminate fiber optic cable using fusion splicers
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for communication networks
