Your core impact is ensuring partners maximize daily usage and guiding their digital transformation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard partners to TheFork Manager software.
• Ensure daily usage and streamline service management.
• Guide partners through digital transformation.
• Re-train partners on ERB and propose refresh.

📋 Requirements

• C2 level Italian and fluency in English.
• Previous experience in similar training roles.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and team skills.
