๐ผ About This Role
You'll own a targeted enterprise territory across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, driving net-new logo acquisition and expansion for Amplitude's AI analytics platform. You'll orchestrate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and act as a visible market builder, with a clear path toward team leadership as the region scales.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute territory plans across major enterprise accounts.
- Drive net-new business through outbound prospecting and partner collaboration.
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to close.
- Represent Amplitude at regional events and community meetups.
๐ Requirements
- 5-10 years of SaaS sales experience.
- 3+ years selling to enterprise accounts.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in a new business role.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling analytics, data, or MarTech solutions.
- Network within DACH enterprise product or data communities.
- Experience with value selling and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies.
