💼 About This Role

You'll join Pearmill's creative team and help create ads for social media, using AI tools to research, brainstorm, and build concepts faster. You'll see performance data behind your work and support real brands across startups and mid-market companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research Meta Ad Library and TikTok for creative inspiration
• Support Creative Strategists with briefs and concept development
• Analyze ad performance metrics like hook rate and CPA
• Collaborate with Growth, Design, and Motion teams

📋 Requirements

• Creative thinking with strong visual or conceptual instincts
• Interest in performance marketing and paid social metrics
• Comfort working across teams and asking questions
• Eagerness to use AI tools in creative process
