You will lead maintenance operations, resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, manage apartment turnover and preventative maintenance, and ensure building safety and cleanliness. Your work directly preserves asset value and enhances resident experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years in trades, facilities, or residential maintenance
• Leadership and supervisory experience preferred
• HVAC, EPA, or NAPE certification
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold core values and culture

• Manage apartment make-ready and turnover process
• Execute preventative maintenance programs
• Perform general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
