You'll structure and negotiate digital advertising agreements for Tubi's Ad Sales and Growth teams. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to drive contracts to close while balancing business objectives and risk. This role offers direct impact on Tubi's streaming service growth.

  • Structure, draft, and negotiate digital advertising agreements
  • Provide contractual and strategic guidance to internal clients
  • Develop best practices and templates for digital advertising
  • Assist with overflow work and counsel clients as needed

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years legal experience between law firm and tech/media company
  • Experience negotiating technology and commercial agreements
  • JD from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school
  • Strong drafting skills balancing legal protections with business needs

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital advertising terms (e.g., IAB 3.0)
  • Experience negotiating privacy and data processing terms (e.g., DPA)
