You'll structure and negotiate digital advertising agreements for Tubi's Ad Sales and Growth teams. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to drive contracts to close while balancing business objectives and risk. This role offers direct impact on Tubi's streaming service growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Structure, draft, and negotiate digital advertising agreements
- Provide contractual and strategic guidance to internal clients
- Develop best practices and templates for digital advertising
- Assist with overflow work and counsel clients as needed
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years legal experience between law firm and tech/media company
- Experience negotiating technology and commercial agreements
- JD from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school
- Strong drafting skills balancing legal protections with business needs
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with digital advertising terms (e.g., IAB 3.0)
- Experience negotiating privacy and data processing terms (e.g., DPA)
