You'll diagnose and resolve manufacturing failures across CNC programs, machine setups, and inspection workflows to ensure reliable, repeatable production for aerospace parts. This process ownership role bridges CAM programming and shop-floor execution, driving end-to-end manufacturing stability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and correct failures across CNC programs, setups, and inspection workflows
• Refine tool paths and machining strategies based on real-world machine behavior
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CAM, Quality, and Applications teams
• Identify systemic weaknesses and drive process improvements across the factory

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of CAM programming for aerospace parts
• Strong ability to decompose complex manufacturing issues and find root cause
• Track record of machining difficult parts with stringent GD&T requirements
• Experience with mills, lathes, and materials including aluminum, stainless, and hard metals

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with 5-axis milling, vertical mill turn, or horizontal mill turn
• Experience with HyperMILL, NX, Heidenhain, Fanuc, or Celos
• Hard metal cutting experience (Inconel, Icytough, Stainless)
