You'll prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prep vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, and taping
• Bag and unbag vehicle parts for paint process
• Buff finished paint to required quality
• Perform tear down and reassembly of vehicle components

📋 Requirements

• 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in fast-paced production environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with buffing and paint correction
• ASE certification or tool reimbursement program interest
• Prior experience in auto body repair
