You'll own end-to-end equity administration at a high-growth AI company, managing grants, cap tables, and compliance. You'll act as a key resource for employees and leadership on equity compensation and partner with cross-functional teams on tax and financial reporting. This role offers a chance to shape equity infrastructure at a generational company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end equity administration including grants, exercises, and terminations
• Maintain and reconcile cap table and equity system (Carta)
• Partner with Payroll and Finance on equity reporting and tax withholding
• Support 409A valuations, audits, and ASC 718 reporting
• Prepare equity reports for leadership and board materials

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in equity/stock administration at a high-growth private company
• Strong working knowledge of equity plans, cap tables, and stock-based compensation
• Experience with equity management platforms (e.g., Carta, Shareworks)
• Familiarity with ASC 718 accounting and 409A valuations

✨ Nice to Have

• International equity experience
• CEP certification or progress toward it
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
