You'll support the General Manager in leading a diverse team at a RISE Dispensary, driving results and delivering memorable consumer experiences. This role puts you on a fast-track to growth as a developmental step to General Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee dispensary operations ensuring compliance with regulations
• Coach team members to deliver positive customer experiences
• Manage inventory, cash, and financial records
• Drive loyalty goals and customer retention

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years managing teams in a retail setting
• Experience with POS business operations
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass required background checks
