You'll develop and deliver training programs and technical documentation for high-tech defense products at Epirus. You'll translate complex engineering concepts into clear, user-friendly learning resources for customers and internal teams.   • Design and develop customer training programs for on-site and virtual formats.
  • Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and multimedia assets.
  • Author and update technical manuals like IETMs, user guides, and service manuals.
  • Deliver instructor-led technical training on system operations and maintenance.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience in technical training or writing.
  • Hands-on experience authoring technical content for complex systems.
  • Experience creating curriculum for instructor-led and blended-learning environments.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with military learning models like TECOM, TRADOC, or NETC.
  • Experience delivering training on mechanical, electrical, RF, or software-driven systems.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for documentation management.
