You'll lead the development and management of EMT educational programs at UMA, overseeing curriculum design and regional operations. Your work directly impacts student success and program compliance. You'll collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure high-quality, accessible training.
π― What You'll Do
- Design and oversee course creation aligning with institutional goals
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to improve student outcomes
- Manage budgets and allocate resources for educational programs
- Oversee regional operations ensuring consistency and compliance
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Teaching experience as a Level B instructor for at least 2 years
- Certified as a Florida paramedic in good standing with 4+ years field ALS experience
- At least 2 years teaching experience in EMS education

- Advanced degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) and education program planning
