🎯 What You'll Do

  • Establish enterprise Patient Access & Experience strategy aligned with growth goals.
  • Oversee patient call center operations and omnichannel access optimization.
  • Lead new patient intake, scheduling, and referral coordination across markets.
  • Own patient satisfaction metrics, NPS, and service recovery initiatives.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in patient access or healthcare operations.
  • Proven management of large, distributed patient-facing teams.
  • Strong understanding of intake, scheduling, financial counseling, and HIM workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
