Description

You will perform preventive and emergent maintenance on equipment used for transporting Falcon engines and stages. Troubleshoot and repair air ride suspension, brake systems, wiring, hydraulic systems, and more. Keep equipment running in optimal condition to support high-volume manufacturing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years professional experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, mechanical, fluid, and/or control systems
• Must be available to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass Air Force background checks

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair air ride suspension, brake systems, lighting, wiring, generators, and hydraulic systems on shipping fixtures
• Engage in preventive maintenance of mechanical, control, hydraulic, fluid, and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot systems down to the component level
• Adhere to CHP BIT and DOT regulations; perform 90-day and annual inspections
• Document all work by creating and updating maintenance tickets and work orders
