💼 About This Role

You'll structure and negotiate energy infrastructure and supply agreements for a rapidly growing data center portfolio. Your work will directly enable sustainable power delivery for hyperscale customers, helping transform digital infrastructure delivery. This hybrid role offers a chance to shape innovative renewable energy projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate renewable PPAs and energy infrastructure agreements
• Draft and negotiate water infrastructure, supply, and sustainability agreements
• Provide counsel on energy, water, and sustainability regulatory issues
• Support drafting of energy-related terms for customer lease and development agreements

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• 10+ years of energy law experience in law firm or in-house
• Substantial experience with utility interconnection and energy supply agreements
