💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end development and delivery of facilities and site infrastructure for Vulcan laser system and Xcimer's fusion energy pilot plant. You'll drive integrated scheduling, budget ownership, and contractor management to achieve program milestones. This role offers the chance to shape the infrastructure for next-generation fusion energy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead facility and site infrastructure delivery from planning to operations.
• Manage integrated schedule across engineering, permitting, and construction.
• Own project budget with support from Finance and Planning teams.
• Lead RFP and management of A/E firms, contractors, and vendors.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years managing complex facility or capital construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Experience managing large capital projects >$300M from concept to commissioning.
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
