🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound activities
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels
  • Engage and qualify prospective customers to assess fit with Tractian's solutions
  • Use HubSpot CRM to log activities, manage leads, and track progress

📋 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of outbound prospecting or sales development experience in SaaS or tech
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline-generation targets
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar tools for lead management and reporting
  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo, Lusha, or ZoomInfo

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience targeting industrial or manufacturing accounts
  • Familiarity with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
