🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound activities
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels
- Engage and qualify prospective customers to assess fit with Tractian's solutions
- Use HubSpot CRM to log activities, manage leads, and track progress
📋 Requirements
- 1–3 years of outbound prospecting or sales development experience in SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline-generation targets
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar tools for lead management and reporting
- Experience with outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo, Lusha, or ZoomInfo
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience targeting industrial or manufacturing accounts
- Familiarity with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
