You'll provide 1:1 patient care with a lower-than-industry patient volume of under 12 patients per day. Your role focuses on clinical autonomy with AI-supported documentation and direct access to PT leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 patient care daily
• Document with AI-supported EMR
• Collaborate with Exercise Specialists
• Participate in mentorship and Skillz meetings

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program
• Active PT license or eligibility
• Desire to grow clinically and practice thoughtfully

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in orthopedic or sports PT
• Interest in dry needling or COMT pathways
• Specialty certification (Pelvic Health, Neuro, etc.)
